INFORMATION QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I choose the right saw blade for my material?

The key factors are the material type (wood, metal, aluminum, plastic), its hardness, and the desired cut quality. Different materials require different tooth geometries—for example, ATB teeth for wood crosscutting, TCG for metals and hard materials. Tell us your application, and we'll recommend the right blade.

What does the number of teeth on a blade affect?

More teeth generally produce a smoother, finer cut but cut slower; fewer teeth cut faster but leave a rougher edge. For hard materials like metal, use more teeth; for softer materials like wood, fewer teeth are often more efficient.

What is the difference between carbide-tipped and HSS blades?

Carbide-tipped blades are more durable, hold their edge longer, and are suitable for cutting hard materials like metal, aluminum, and hardwoods. HSS blades are more economical and work well for softer materials and general-purpose cutting.

Can you produce custom/OEM blades with my brand?

Yes. We specialize in OEM/private label manufacturing. You can have your own logo, packaging, and even custom specifications. We help distributors and brand owners build their own product lines with factory-direct quality.

Why is my blade burning the material?

Burn marks typically indicate a dull blade, incorrect cutting speed, or insufficient lubrication. A dull blade generates excess friction and heat. We recommend sharpening the blade regularly and matching the cutting speed to your material.

My cut is rough / has chips on the edge. What's wrong?

Rough cuts or chipping can be caused by using a blade with too few teeth for the material, a dull blade, or improper feed rate. Try a blade with more teeth, reduce feed pressure, or ensure the blade is sharp.

Why is my saw blade making loud noise during cutting?

Excessive noise can be caused by blade misalignment, a dull or damaged blade, improper feed rate, or lack of vibration damping. Using a blade with built-in vibration damping can significantly reduce noise levels.

How often should I sharpen my saw blade?

Sharpen when you notice reduced cutting efficiency, burn marks on the material, increased noise, or declining cut quality. For heavy daily use, every 15-25 days (120-180 cutting hours) is typical, but this varies by material hardness and usage intensity.

How should I store saw blades to keep them in good condition?

Store blades flat or hang them vertically in a dry environment. Keep them in protective cases or sleeves to prevent damage. Apply light oil to prevent rust.

Do you offer sample testing before bulk orders?

Yes. We highly recommend requesting a sample before placing a bulk order. Sample fees are typically charged but can be deducted from your first order.

What is your MOQ?

We work flexibly with customers. For OEM/private label orders, MOQ depends on the blade type and customization requirements. Contact us with your needs for a specific quote.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery for small quantities is typically 15-25 days after order confirmation. For OEM orders or large quantities, please check with our sales team for specific timelines.
